These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of novoscleans.com and the cleaning services provided by Novo's Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Novo's Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in the Indianapolis metropolitan area, including Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-Out Cleaning. All services are performed by insured, background-checked cleaning professionals.
Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic limitations. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at any property at our discretion.
A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us via email or SMS. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation. We will contact you to confirm your appointment date, time, and pricing before your scheduled service.
You must provide accurate information about your property, including its size, condition, and any special requirements. Inaccurate information may result in adjusted pricing or rescheduling.
All prices are quoted based on the information you provide at booking. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g., significantly more square footage, extreme clutter, or hazardous conditions).
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. A convenience fee may apply to certain payment methods.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us at hello@novoscleans.com or 317-489-0644. Cancellations must be confirmed by us to be valid.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to staff illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule at no charge.
You are responsible for ensuring our team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If our cleaners cannot access the property and we have not received prior notice, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
You may provide a key, door code, or be present during the cleaning. By granting access, you authorize Novo's Cleaning staff to enter and perform services as agreed.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the areas in question at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues reported after 24 hours or to pre-existing conditions.
We take great care in your home. Novo's Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our cleaners, please notify us within 24 hours with photos and a description of the damage so we can investigate and address the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a property presents conditions that are unsafe or hazardous to our staff, including but not limited to biohazards, pest infestations, extreme clutter, or aggressive animals. In such cases, a cancellation fee may still apply.
Please secure all pets in a separate area during your cleaning to ensure the safety and efficiency of our team.
Our cleaning professionals are employed by or contracted through Novo's Cleaning. By using our services, you agree not to directly hire or solicit any Novo's Cleaning employee or contractor for competing or personal cleaning services for a period of 12 months following their last assignment at your property. A referral fee may be offered in lieu of this restriction — contact us to discuss.
All content on novoscleans.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Novo's Cleaning and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
